Not able to add internet contract on contract page

My account has register with mobile contract.

Begin of this year I had new internet contract and try to add contract registration on my page.

Unfortunately in Verträge page "+Festnetz-Vertrag hinzufügen" and "+TV-Vertrag hinzufügen" button is grey out.

That's a reason I can't link my internet contract on account.

Is there a way to solve?

Please log in with your landline access data, then you can assign an email address and password and add your mobile phone contract.
