Internet contract extension/prolongation

Good day,

My Internet/Festnetz is marked with "Bindung bis:  10. März 2026" in my customer area. And I received a call today from Telekom service centre about contract prolongation. Unfortunately, call was interrupted, and wasn't able to continue.

I thought the lady on the phone said there's no automatic prolongation? But I may be mistaken.

My question is -- will my Internet connection stop to working on that date, or is contract automatically prolongs on a month-by-month basis? If it's the first option, can someone English-speaking please reach me to prolong the contract?

      without you taking action your contract persists on a month-by-month basis. If you have additional questions let me know I'll call you.
