15 Emails Ihr Postfach ist fast voll in 12 Minuten

Hallo,

ein Tipp an die Softwareentwickler: Es ist nicht unbedingt förderlich, wenn ich im Zeitraum von 12 Minuten 15 mal die gleiche Mail bekomme, dass mein Postfach fast voll sei....ja jetzt ist es erst recht voll...danke, dass ich nun 15 Mails zusätzlich löschen darf.

    Ist die überhaupt von der Telekom? 
    Die Telekom zeigt das mit einem overlay an.

    Hallo @ElisaS ,

    das ist sicher nicht so beabsichtigt. Können Sie denn Angaben machen, was in dieser Zeit in Ihrem Mailkonto los war? Das hilft bei der Weitergabe an die Entwickler.

    @Coole Katze  Zu dieser Zeit habe ich alte Emails gelöscht um Platz im Postfach zu bekommen.🙈

    Hallo @ElisaS ,

    vielen Dank, dann kann das Telekom Team das evt. mit zu den Entwicklern nehmen und es kann ggfs. versucht werden, dies nachzustellen. Schon interessant, wenn man während des Löschens die nächsten Mitteilungen bekommt.

    Wenn beim Löschen einer Mail die Prüfung (ob Postfach voll) neu angestoßen wird ... dadurch eine neue Mail erzeugt wird ... welche man löschen muss ... was wiederum die Prüfung anstößt ... was eine neue ..... 🙈

    das hört sich wirklich lästig an.

    Daher wäre mein Vorschlag, du füllst hier deine persönlichen Daten aus.

    Dann können wir einmal miteinander sprechen und anschließend leite ich dein Anliegen zu unserer Fachabteilung weiter, damit die Kollegen einen Blick darüber werfen können. Fröhlich

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
