das Problem bei der Telekom Mail App ist bekannt und soll mit dem nächsten Update behoben werden.
Ein Termin wann das Update kommt gibt es nicht.
die beste alternative wäre du nutzt Apple Mail, ist ja auf dem iPad/iPhone vorinstalliert, dann hast du solch Probleme nicht mehr.
wichtig ist hier, das Passwort für email Programme muss genutzt werden.
