E-Mail Passwort!

Ich habe 2 E-Mail Adressen. Eine für mich, eine für meinen Vater. Der PC von meinem Vater wurde Windows neu installiert- Seitdem kommt er nicht mehr an seine Mails heran. Passwort funktioniert nicht. Wo ist die 2. Mail Adresse im Kundenkonto hinterlegt. Kann sie nirgends finden?
