Ich habe eine e-Mail vom Kundengeschenkzentrum erhalten mit der Aufforderung, meine Treuepunkte in ein Geschenk umzuwandeln bevor sie am 01.12. verfallen.

Was hat es damit auf sich? Mir ist nicht bewusst, dass ich ein Treuepunktekonto hätte! Ist das eine Falle?
