Hello!
I am trying to reset my Spotify password but I would not receive the link reset email. I thought the problem was on the Spotify site, but then I had the same problem with two other platforms that I use. And no, my T-Online email memory is not full!
Does anyone know what the problem is? How can i solve? Because this is very annoying that I can't use Spotify or other services because I can't get a reset email link.

You can receive other e-Mails?

Did you receive the e-mail in the meantime or are you still experiencing issues?
Have you checked your spam folder?

Hello @hanschumann
as you sent the email from your Gmail account, did you receive a message that there was a problem? A mail delivery report?
This would be very useful, there you can see the reason why the email couldn't be delivered.

Hey,
I have noticed the same problem. I would not receive Spotify emails and some other emails as well. I use T-Online as my professional account and I have been applying for jobs but not receiving anything in my Inbox or Spam folder. This is a big problem for me, as it might be causing me more harm than I know.
