Hi Sorry for sruped question but i need help ive got an email to approve my email address
i clicked the linked, logged in and it shows me a form, a lot of fields are filled but what us this one? where can i found it?
I suppose it is some kinf of stationair phone number? but I dont have it and never had

The URL indeed talks about your landline ("Festnetz"). Looks like it's assuming you have a landline with Telekom. Are you sure that you don't have a landline that you probably don't use but came along with your Internet access? Then you may login to your Telekom account and look up your unused landline's phone number.
But I am guessing a bit. I suggest you provide more background: Did you sign up for something, created an account etc? Why are you prompted to confirm your mail address?
