Fehler bei Sync plus Profil

Hallo, ich kann Sync plus nicht installieren, weil das Profil nicht geladen wird. Es kommt die Fehlermeldung, „ungültiges Profil, dieses Profil ist beschädigt und kann nicht gelesen werden“. „Safari könnte ein Profil nicht installieren - unbekannter Fehler“. Wer weiß Rat? Ich habe ein iPhone 7. Danke!
