In Kolumbien erreichen mich manche e-mails nicht

Hallo,

Ich reise zur Zeit durch Kolumbien und habe das Problem, dass e-mails wie z.B. Buchungsbestaetigungen von Kolumbianischen Absendern weder in meiner Posteingang ankommen noch im Spamordner, auch nicht nach mehrern Tagen oder Wochen.

Was laeuft da schief? Danke fuer eine schnelle Hilfe.
