Hallo @Gelöschter Nutzer,
hast du die Geräte einmal neu gestartet? Oder den Account löschen und neu einrichten.
Ansonsten fällt mir auch nichts mehr ein.
Seltsam ist, das es gleichzeitig auf zwei unterschiedlichen Geräten passiert.
Vielleicht findet sich noch jemand mit anderen Ideen.
