Kein Zugriff auf Konto - Benutzername existier nicht

Guten Tag,

ich habe mir vor eine Weile einen Account für das Freemail System erstellt. Seit gestern Abend (8.7) komme ich weder ins E-Mail Center noch in den Kundencenter rein. Wenn ich das Passwort zurücksetzen möchte, kommt die Meldung „Dieser Benutzername existiert nicht“ obwohl es zu 100% der richtige ist.
