Outlook-Nachrichtenübermittlung funktioniert nicht

- Outlook 2013 pop3 hat jahrelang funktioniert; nichts geändert
- jetzt "Nachrichten werden empfangen - Fehler" (senden fkt. aber!)
- seltsamerweise gibt "Kontoeinstellung testen" in Outlook keine Fehlermeldung
- noch seltsamer: ein anderes Telekom-Konto im selben Outlook funktioniert weiterhin!

Fehler (0x80004005) beim Ausführen der Aufgabe "xxx - Nachrichten werden empfangen": "Fehler beim Ausführen der Operation"
