Hallo zusammen, danke für die Antworten, es scheint am Outlook-Server gelegen zu haben.
Die Mails sind inzwischen angekommen.
Es kamen keine Fehlermeldungen, weder beim Versender noch bei mir.

Dann wie vermutet Bremsen / Stau.
Und es zeigt mal wieder, dass Mail eben keine Realtimeanwendung ist. Ausgeliefert wird, wie es passt.
Outlook.de ist übrigens 'nur' eine Microsoft Maildomain:
