Warum erhalten Telekom-Kunden immer wieder die eMail „Postfach voll“, obwohl im Postfach noch genügend Gigabyte frei sind?

Siehe Anhang.

Und warum kann man Telekom beziehungsweise T-Online diesbezüglich nicht per eMail erreichen?
