Problem mit gelöschter Mail

Die Speicherdauer meines Papierkorbs ist auf 30 Tage eingestellt, trotzdem kann ich keine gelöschte Mail aufrufen die älter als 7 Tage ist. Der Speicherplatz ist auf dem Server ist noch ausreichend (570 MB von 1 GB). Brauche eine gelöschte Rechnung vom 13.4.2024. Wer kann mir helfen? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

      Hallo, vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Damit hast du auch die Lösung für mein Problem gefunden. Ich hab gerade bei den Einstellungen in meinem Mailprogramm nachgeschaut-Speicherdauer 1 Woche. Dann werd ich jetzt den Weg gehen, den Buster01 vorgeschlagen hat, eine Kopie anfordern.
