Wenn du eine Versandsperre hast dann steht doch in dem Mail oder schreiben explizlit was zu tun ist und dann ist entsprecheender Vollzug zu melden. Richte dich einfach danach.
Das reklamierte Passwort ist das besondere E-Mail-Passwort, das du im E-Mail-Center auch ändern und dann in Thunderbird hinterlegen mußt.
