10 disconnections in 2 hours

I have had a problem with the internet for a very long time, especially after 8 o'clock it cuts out very often, especially during the week, less often on weekends, for example today starting at 5:55 PM until this time I have 10 cuts out, it's absurd.

Thanks for the info. Now we need some more information. What's your contract details? Which router are you using? Are you using powerline adapters (electrical outlets for LAN)? Is it a single-family home or an apartment building? If it always happens at the same time, what is switched on or used during that time?
What does the fault report say?

SVDSL 250, fritzbox 7590, apartament building, from the fritzbox logs it doesn't just happen at the same time, it happens mostly in the evening because that's when I use the internet and I notice the interruptions but it also often happens in the morning hours, when no one uses the internet and I usually browse or play games, these interruptions have been going on for over a year but now they are much too frequent, exaggerated, since I the message here I have had 3 more interruptions

Hi @MariusG,
without further details and tests it is highly unlikely to identify the issue. Do you have smart devices in your network for example smart speaker or adjustable lighting? Robo vacuums and powerline adpater for Ethernet connections are also prone to cause those issues.
