Continuous Disconnections with DSL Connection

Hey everyone,

 

I'm having a major headache with my DSL connection. It keeps dropping out, and today was a nightmare with over 20 disconnections in just one day. Usually, it comes back on after a couple of minutes, but it's happening way too often.

 

A technician visited about a month ago, he said he tweaked some stuff outside, and swapped out the inside phone connection. It helped a bit, but I'm still dealing with these annoying interruptions a few times a week. And now, it's ramping up again, happening more frequently every day.

 

Seems like the signal's just dipping out for a moment (usually it connects back in 2-4 minutes), but it's seriously messing with my workflow.

 

Any suggestions or help would be a lifesaver. Thanks a ton!

 

Some notes:

- Using Fritzbox 7530AX with latest firmware

- No telephone connection etc. Modem directly connected to the telephone line

- Connection already limited to 70 Mbit Down/37Mbit Up although 100 Mbit connection was booked.

    @saraykoye melde Störung unter 08003301000, es stört etwas Deine Leitung. Woran es liegt ist nicht zu erkennen aber ASSIA hat bereits eingegriffen und die Werte liegen nicht inerhalb der AGB.

    It would be great if you can help recording a fault. The line speed goes up continuosly each day by 10Mbits but the disconnections are still there. Please try to call me again. I'm usually available. Thanks!
