5G extender not recognised by my Speedport

Hi team, Unfortunately, my German is not so good and would great appreciate speaking with an English speaker. My issue is that my 5G extender from Hybrid internet is not being recognised on my speedport. I have tried different cables, reset and nothing works. Even tried plugging my PC straight to the 5G modem. As you can see from the screenshots, it does not show at all. Could someone please help me? Thank you.

      Have you connected the 5G receiver exactly as described in the manual? Is the 5G receiver supplied with power? The LAN cable (white with blue plugs) of the 5G receiver must be plugged into the blue LAN port of the Speedport Smart 4. Take a close look at the manual.

      Thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I followed all the steps even triple checked everything. The 5G is running and connected as it should. It's my Speedport that doesn't recognise it at all.

      as you can see, it says its connected to external device but it does not recognise the 5G extender. Traurig

      This is probably the problem. Please proceed as follows. Disconnect the 5G receiver from the Speedport Smart 4. In other words, remove the white LAN cable with the blue plug from the blue socket. Then please reset the Speedport Smart 4 to factory settings. You can see how to do this in the Manual on page 262. In the meantime, you can reset the 5G receiver to factory settings. You can find out how to do this in the Manual  on page 20.

      Once you have done both, connect everything together again.

      Hi team, 

       

      Sadly the reset didnt work Traurig .. i even tried connecting my PC straight to the extender, i dont get any internet. I have a technician appointement on the 4th of december but its pretty far away for something that should work right of the box 😅

       

      Any pointers would be appreciated. I believe i might need a device replacement.

      The activation date was for 18.11.2024 but the technician couldnt make it as it go late Traurig ..

      Then wait for the technician who comes on December 4th. He will solve the problem and, if necessary, arrange for the devices to be replaced. You currently have a stable internet connection of 109/35Mbit/s.

      Hi team, unfortunately, i believe my 5G modem is defective. It works for 5 mins then disconnects from the SpeedPort 4. I changed cables multiple time, reset both modem but its still not working.  Could someone  please help me or call? The worse part is, it was working when the technician was here.. right after he left 5 minutes later it no longer works. Then after reset, works for 5 mins and goes away again Traurig 

       

      Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
