Wifi not detected by any device (router Speedport Pro)

Today, suddenly my Wifi stop working, it is just not detected by any device at home. Reading at this community I have follow all possible steps:
- I restarted the router
- I disconnect the router
- I reset to factory setting
Nothing works. I can't connect to the router configuration page either (http://speedport.ip).
Any other idea of how can I do?

Use a LAN cable to connect to the router and reconfigure the wireless LAN.

Unless switched off manually a defect might be the cause of the problem.
To toggle on/off press the button #3
