Speedport Pro mobile devices cannot connect - stuck on bgp page

Hello,
I have a very odd issue. Can connect to the internet fine via the laptop but whenever I connect any mobile device to the WiFi, I get a 'Sign-in to WiFi network' prompt. Clicking on it takes me to kundencenter.telekom.de/festnetz/services/walledgarden/bng/wg54-landing-page.xhtml. There I get prompted to enter my username and password after which I get a message asking me to call customer service. Not sure what's going on. Would really appreciate if someone from the community can please help.

You are trying to connect to "Telekom_FON" or?
That's the hotspot for other Telekom customers, not your own WiFi network. Connect to your own WiFi network. The SSID is listed on the Router.

If you try connecting the phones to the guest network (just for testing - you can enable it in the wifi section on the SP), will they work then?
Your problem is seriously really uncommon, I‘ve never had any issue like that and I‘m personally also using the SP Pro currently.

Mhmm, okay.
I can‘t help you any further. I would suggest a Router change (so a employee sends you a new SP Pro and you will send your current one back). But maybe an employee also has a possible solution for this issue.
