Cannot connect to internet (New account with Speedport 4)

My internet account was activated today. All lights are solid green on the router and my devices show my network having full wifi strength which is good. When i logged into the network from multiple devices, i get the attached page and cannot view anything else. Unfortunately the only site that i can connect to is the 192.168.2.1 router configuration link. I cannot access any other websites or apps. I updated the firmware, but don't know what else to try. The app and router configuration all seem to show everything is working, but i can't get onto the internet. Please help!

    After 4 hours of self-troubleshooting, I found the issue. This apartment has (2) Telekom drops. I plugged the router into the outlet in another room and I can now connect without any issues.

    "Drop" = "socket"?

     

    Two sockets can cause problems in the future, therefore the "not-used" socket should be disconnected.

     

    This job must done by a Telekom technician - plse. wait until someone of the Telekom staff will read your threat here.

    Auf der anderen TAE läuft ein abgeschalteter DSL auf. Siehe Screenshot. 

    Da ist nichts parallel geschaltet.
