Owner account login

I cannot login to my account as the "owner". I signed the contract and get all the information to my email account but then I log in with it I cannot do anything since it's only a "user" account. How can I change that?

      The so-called master user must be reset here so that you can see everything. The team can help you with this.

       

      Please fill out your profile completely. You are currently anonymous here. Data protection is guaranteed because only the Telekom-hilft team can view your data.
