No internet on speedport pro plus

No internet on devices that are connected to my speed port pro plus. any assistance would be greatly appreciated, i have attached info from the router.
I speak very little german. prefer english, apologies.

Also some clients WLAN and one in LAN have a connection

Sadly, I was unable to get a hold of you over your mobile phone number. I did look into the issue, though, and it seems there is a line-based issue present that needs to be fixed. According to the information available to me, there is already an appointment with a technician.
