60 Euro Gutschrift für Tarifwechsel von Magenta Zuhause M zu L

Hallo zusammen,

Haben am 07.02.2017 auf magenta M gewechselt, Geschwindigkeit wurde nie erreicht, nur ca. 24000.

Nun erfahren wir, das in der Strasse mittlerweile viel mehr erreichbar ist. Bei Anruf wurde gesagt, dass es an dem TARIF M liegt, da in der Strasse höhere Tarife geschaltet sind, kann anstatt 50000 nur 24000 erreicht werden, technische Schwierigkeiten, wir sollten doch auf einen höheren Tarif wechseln, dann gebe es keine Probleme. Damals beim Wechsel 2017 wurde gesagt, sobald hier ausgebaut ist, wird die Geschwindigkeit erhöht. Müssen wir jetzt wechseln?

    Die Gutschrift in Höhe von 60 Euro scheint es laut Sternchentext nur zu geben, wenn aktuell noch ein Tarif mit bis zu 16 Mbit/s genutzt wird und dann auf den MagentaZuhause M oder L gewechselt wird.

    Ich habe gerade den Wechsel bei mir auch einmal von einem M zum L bis in den Warenkorb durchgespielt. Dort tauchte keine Gutschrift auf. Der Tarif kostet dann 44,95 Euro/Monat.

    ich übernehme eben für meine Kollegin.

    So ganz genau habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden, ob es dir nun um den Wechselbonus oder die Geschwindigkeit geht. Ich antworte daher mal auf beide Themen. Fröhlich
    Ein Upgrade auf (Magenta Zuhause M mit) VDSL 50 ist möglich, das habe ich gerade überprüft. Allerdings läuft das nicht über einen Tarifwechsel, es wird lediglich die höhere Bandbreite gebucht. Damit ist dann auch schon die Frage mit den 60 Euro beantwortet. Den Bonus gibt es nämlich nur bei einem Produktwechsel (z.B. von Magenta Zuhause S auf M). 

    Sag uns gerne Bescheid, wann wir dich anrufen können - dann kümmern wir uns um die Verdopplung deiner Geschwindigkeit.

    Unser L-Tarif beinhaltet übrigens VDSL 100, auch das Produkt ist verfügbar.

    Am 6. März 2019 wird VDSL 50 aktiviert, siehe Auftragsbestätigung.
