Access data not identified

Hello,
I received my Speedport smart router yesterday. I could set it up with the help of instructions now I can also connect to the WiFi through my laptop but I can't access the internet. When I login to the speedport.ip and enter my Zugangsnummer and persönlich Passwort I get an error saying the access data is incorrect. Could I get some help here ?
