Hi.. I got a new internet connection for home and the texhnician is supposed to come on 5th August.. however I have not received any access data.. I am not receiving any updated on my email.. can you please help? Thanks!

Well, under normal circumstances, you don't need any additional data, many routers, especially the speedports get their data directly from their DSLAM. Every Speedport or the Fritzbox 7590 and 7530 have this feature.
But to find out what happened to your account data, a member of the @telekomhilft would need some additional data.
Under https://telekomhilft.telekom.de/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:telekom-custom-user-profile-userdata you can enter a tlephone number where he can call you back, and if you have it your Kundennummer.
Everything you enter on this page can only be read by you or a member of the @Telekomhilft Team.

You normally receive the router and all the required data a few days before the connection is established.
If you have any trouble on the 5th of August, please respond to this thread again.
