Router not received

Hi, 

I ordered the MagentaZuhause M on 04.05.25 via check24, and I also ordered a new router from Telekom. Today I received the confirmation from Telekom with the date for the appointment (next Monday, 19/05/25) with the technician, but I have not received the router yet. Will it be brought directly by the technician? Or should it be sent before the appointment by Telekom, or Check24?

I didn't receive any email or information about it.

      Yes, it should. Expect it shortly before the appointment on Monday.
