Router not yet received

Hello!

This morning we had our technician appointment, however we have not received our router at this stage.

The router is displayed on our invoice, however when I check the order details, there is nothing about the router.

Could I please check on the status of the router delivery, and when we might be able to expect it to arrive?

If we need to speak to customer service, is there a way to be connected to an English speaker?

    I'm very pleased that we were able to clarify the issue. The router package is currently in the parcel store. I have given you the tracking number and the address of the branch by phone.
