Router not yet received

Dear Telekom, I have the technician come and finish the installation but I have not received the router yet. Can you please confirm the status of router? Has it been dispatched or when will I receive it. I went to the local telekom shop but they were not helpful to find out the status of my order. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
This is a forum where Telekom customers help each other. So we do not know anything about your ordner: What did you order and when, does your Auftragsbestätigung (order confirmation) list a router?

I guess you already posted another thread concerning the same topic where one of my colleagues already gave his support.

It would be easier to communicate via this thread in order to avoid confusion or double work.
Nevertheless: The advice by @teezeh is still helpful - did you check if your order confirmation includes a router?
