Anschluss sehr langsam

Hi,

mein Anschluss ist seit heute morgen sehr langsam (100 Mbit) - maximal 20-40 Mbit möglich und das sehr sehr instabil.

Sowohl über Kabel als auch WLAN. Neustarts etc schon probiert, liegt nicht am internen Netzwerk.

Was kann man da machen?
