Aufstragnummer not working with "Ready to Surf"

Hi,

I received an email providing a link to provide the previous tenants name and my aufstragnummer. To see if the line can be cleared so I can avoid having an in-person technician visit. 

I get the message "Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass Sie die Auftragsnummer aus der Auftragsbestätigung zu Ihrem aktuell beauftragten Anschluss eingeben." despite entering the correct details. 

Can i transmit this info any other way?

      @JavMcc It is not possible to use "ready to surf" with every connection. This likely applies to your connection. Have you already received an order confirmation?

      Hi Wiebke,

      yes, i have recieved the Auftragsbestätigung. My termin is set for this weekend. 

      I have my router as well.

      I’m really glad we were able to discuss this. The order encountered an error in the meantime and could not be processed further. I have now canceled the order. Since the previous tenant’s account is blocked until Monday, I’ve put this on hold until Monday so that I can post the original order exactly as is to the previous tenant’s account. 

       

      I’ll get back to you on Monday. 👍🙂
