am 08.08.2018 habe ich online Magenta Zuhause L bestellt. Am 21.08.2018 habe ich eine Auftragsbestätigung mit dem Bereitstellungstermin 10.10.2018 bekommen. Heute wurde mir per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass der Techniker erst am 20.11.2018 kommt. Was ist da los?
