Dear All, I have a Magenta XL plan with Speedport 4 and live in an apartment. I recently ordered Besser WLan package for Speedport 7. But then I was wondering if it would work in Magenta XL. The WLAN Verstärker Plus says that it works on LTE but I could not understand if I would need Hybrid XXL. Despite I ordered, but the status says Order Accepted and then Order failed. So I am confused. Since I live in an apartment any external LTE antenna setup, I cannot do on my own. But I want a zero failure Internet connection with best speed. Glasfaser is not yet available in my area. Can you suggest what should be the best option for me? I tried to get Telekom Beratung but couldn't get access.

You can use the Speedport 7 with your MagentaZuhause XL connection without any problems. 🙂 The router is connected as normal via the DSL port. If you add the Speedport 7 WLAN Amplifier Plus to your package (besserWLAN), you will have fail-safe protection via mobile communications thanks to the amplifier. The mobile communications module is already integrated into the amplifier.
