Fiber optic setup failure

Hi, team!

 

Got a new modem to set up fiberglass internet in the new apartment. When entering modem Id and glassfiber id - setup offers to test the connection. Connection test fails.

 

I tried to talk through fiber optic hotline number, they checked the setup and got failure too. So then they booked the technical service for March 27th  which was then postponed by service team to April 3rd. The technician came to my place and told me he doesn't know how to handle fiber optic (only DSL). Unfortunately my German is not sufficient for the phone conversation to get the technician who knows to solve my fiber optic setup issue

 

No idea what is the problem and when it will be fixed. 

It's been 3 months since I ordered the connection

What else can I do?

    There is no fibre id on the fibre connection, is that correct?

    I have the fibre id and router id. I have entered the details for the connection correctly. The setup doesn't work.  The router gives message as attached Traurig

    Yes, but whats the fiber id?
    Does it begin with an A?

    It begins with 0 (I have tried it as zero and alphabet O)

    Seems like there is no fibre signal because it should say "Richten Sie ihren Glasfaseranschluss nach Anleitung ein".
