Hello community members,
I hope you are all doing well.
I have received the appointment email for my fiber optic connection in my apartment, but the question is that I haven't received the contract confirmation from Telekom yet. When can I expect the activation date for my fiber optic connection? I only have the order no. but not the customer number etc.
Can anyone please help me out on this?
P.S.: Will I receive the setup link on the day of my connection appointment?

Hello,
You will receive a confirmation once the connection has been tested and received a QR code on the fiber optic box.
It is normal when ordering telekom fiber in a cooperation area.
If the order hadn't gone through to the Telekom, you would not have received any appointment for the installation.
Once the QR code is on the fiber optic box, you will get an setup link within 1-2 hours.

thanks for your help in this Matter . As I was curious because I didn’t receive the customer no. and the landline no. yet that’s why. I only received the order confirmation email.
