Bestandsgebäude, aber leider kein Internet.

Guten Tag,

ich Wohne in der Innenstadt mit einer sehr engen Bebauung, leider hat mein Haus (Eigentümer) keinen Internetanschluss. Das ganze zieht sich leider schon 4 Jahre hin. Ich bekomme leider vom kundenservice nur gesagt das mir die entsprechende Leitung fehlt. Dann sollte ich mich bei der Bauherren abteilung melden. Gesagt getan und mit einem sehr netten Berater gesprochen, der mir mitgeteilt hat das ich ,einen eigenen Hausanschluss bestellen soll, da die Telekom nicht mehr mehrere Häuser auf einer Leitung zusammen bindet. Ich habe dann alles nötige zur Telekom gesendet. Dann kam eine E-mail das ich 2 mal die gleiche Adresse angegeben habe, warscheinlich ging es da um das Haus in dem ich wohne und um die adresse an dem der Hausanschkluss entstehen soll. Ist aber beides die gleiche adresse. Heute habe ich deswegen angerufen und mir wurde leider gesagt das ich keinen neuen Hausanschluss bekomme, stattdessen solle ich doch nochmal einen Hausanschluss bestellen und dann angeben das ich bei den nachbarn mit angeklemmt werden möchte. Das will ich aber nicht, da mir gesagt wurde das die Geschwindikeit drastisch darunter leidet. Es wäre super wenn mir jemand helfen kann.

    @Dinke282 auch von mir Danke für das angenehme Gespräch. Wie die User hier bereits schrieben werden Mitversorgungen so nicht mehr gemacht. Nach Rücksprache mit en zuständigen Kollegen bitte ich dich nochmal einen Auftrag online zu stellen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
