Billing issues

Asking for advice....we moved and stopped service in our town and added service to the new home. A month later I get a huge bill! I go to a local telecom and the person told me that the other person didn't cancel my service and signed me up as a new account,  which he said is illegal.  He sent an email to the person that didn't do what was supposed to be done the first time. I was to check back in a few weeks with my local person. I haven't been back in due to work schedule but received my bill again and I am still being charged.  I know have had to over pay for months. The localvperson offered me no help. I don't know what to do. Please help!

      @Mlong Thank you for the call. I just canceled the Fiber Contract back to 31th March 2026. The overcharged amounts will be credited to your booking account.
