Cancellation confirmation

Dear,

since I needed to leave Germany last month I have finished my contract through the website form (kündigung aus besonderen gründen > umzug ins ausland) and uploaded my Abmeldung.
I received an e-mail saying that I would receive a "cancellation confirmation by email or it would be mailed to me in the next 2-3 busines". However, I did not receive anything. I am no longer in Germany and I had to leave the router with a friend because I did not know what to do. 

 

I would appreciate if someone could help me here!

      Preferably you should put the lasts 6 digits of your IBAN that Telekom uses for the invoicing into your forum profile (in the remark field) - so that a Telekom Teamie could possibly dive into the topic without contacting you via phone.

       

      Then... please wait... can last hours or worst case few days...

      Hello @Ericks Sousa,

       

      the contract was cancelled on the 27th April 2022. Your friend can print a return label for the router using this link.
