Cancellation confirmation

Hello.

I've submitted a cancellation request since I'm moving to another apartment where your service is unavailable.

I received a SMS with a text which said my request was processed but I have not received any cancellation confirmation yet.

I tried to have a conversation with your support through the chat but it was not successful since I can't speak German.

Could you help me to follow up with my request?

    Hi @h.bazargan,

     

    and thank you for the pleasant call. Your contract will end on the 31st January 2023. You can print yourself a return label for the rented hardware following this link.
