Cannot portforwad

vor einem Jahr

Hallo zusammen,

es tut mir leid, mein deutsch ist noch nicht so gut, also habe ich auf englisch geschrieben.

I have been trying to port forwarding for some steam game's dedicated server and a webserver and it seems like it's not working.

By the looks of it, it's open, but when I check if the ports are open, they're not. Could anyone help me out?

Mit freundlichen Grüßen
YK

@YK51 First of all: which router is online at your premises?

Second: how did you try? If you run a Speedport, you need to test definitely from the outside, as Speedports try to do the internal shortcut....

Which ports do you need to what device? What game?
Would you mind adding a screeshot of your config?

      Hello, Sarah,

Unfortunately, my phone is currently broken and cannot pick up the call.
Are there any alternative way to communicate?

      Hello @YK51.

That's okay, we can also communicate in this thread here.

That is weird, that it does not seem to work.

Are you using any VPN client or a firewall which could interfere with the router?

Maybe @UlrichZ could also assist you with your request.

I'm happy to hear from you.

      Kind regards,

      Martin Bo.

@YK51 & @Martin Bo.: Unfortunately, I can't help you with port forwarding, that's not my area of expertise. But as @wolliballa  already wrote, do not start any "connection tests" from your own LAN but only from the WAN.

      Kind regards,

      Ulrich
