Can't set up my fiber internet access

I'm trying to set up my fiber internet connection but my router is telling me that I need a Zugangsnummber, Anschlusskennung, Mitbenutzernummer and personliches kennwort. I don't have any of these and can't find them in my customer account info. Where do I get this information from?

If I remember correctly credentials are not required in most cases as a feature called "easy login" is active on new lines by default.
However, your credentials should be here:
1. Click "zum Vertrag" ("to contract"):
2. Scroll down, find "Meine Zugangsdaten" ("my credentials") and click on the downarrow. :
This should reveal your login data except for the password, however you should be able to create a new password. You can also enable or disable the easy login feature.
