I'll look for a solution for you. Since there seems to be no fiber socket installed inside your flat, we have to take care of that. Especially because my system thinks there actually is a socket installed. 😅
You mentioned there were boxes outside the flat? In the staircase or where exactly? If you could provide a photo of what is existing, that would be great. 🙂

Is that on the outside of your entrance door, i.e. on the corridor? If so, there should be a corresponding box (called " GF-TA ") on the inside inside, typically within 3 meters from the apartment door.
Sometimes the GF-AP ends up in networking or "media" cabinets on or in a wall. Is there anything like that in your apartment?

Das ist ein Etagenverteiler. Aber da dort weder eine Wohnungsleitung noch eine Steigleitung hineinführt, würde ich sagen, dass die Gewerksvorbereitung noch gar nicht abgeschlossen ist.
