Help regarding my fiber optic DSL line

I had applied for a DSL fiber optic connection via order number 21xxxxxxxx. However post order confirmation I got notified that fiber lines are not there and it will be around June 2022 when expansion will happen. I need the connection now. Pls can someone help cancel the order.
