Hello. I have a problem regarding the security of WLAN. I want to change my security to WPA3-Enterprise. It is, in fact, a personal WLAN. Can I still change the security?

It is only possible to use the included WPA3 Personal.
There is no WPA3-Enterprise included in the Speedport. (I think you have this one, do you?)

Sure.
Disable the Wifi of the Speedport and get yourself a Accesspoint or Wifi Device that has the WPA3-Enterprise included.
