Charged after contract termination

Hello, I have terminated my contract in Nov or Dec 2020, however I received a new invoice a few days ago and I'm not sure why. Currently there is no active contract in my customer account, and there was an error when trying to open the invoice.
I have also tried contacting the customer support on an English support dedicated number which I found on this forum - 0800 330 1080 - for a couple of days now, but without success.
Any advice on the situation, or on how I could reach an English speaking customer support employee is highly appreciated.

Your landline got cancelled to 27th of December 2020. The bill you got on 7th of January 2021 is for 1st of December till 27th of December. Everything is correct. There is nothing to worry about.
