Charged after contract termination

Hello, I have terminated my contract in Nov or Dec 2020, however I received a new invoice a few days ago and I'm not sure why. Currently there is no active contract in my customer account, and there was an error when trying to open the invoice.
I have also tried contacting the customer support on an English support dedicated number which I found on this forum - 0800 330 1080 - for a couple of days now, but without success.
Any advice on the situation, or on how I could reach an English speaking customer support employee is highly appreciated.

Please be more specific with the date.
It is not a big surprise that you get an invoice if the contract has ended in Dec 2020 - which will be refunded in the coming final invoice in probably one month from now.
Telekom IT... mixed with Telekom AGB (general contractual conditions) which require to pay in advance.

Hi, unfortunately I can't be more specific as I don't have visibility of the contract in my account anymore, and for some reason I also can't open the invoice. My hope was that I could get that verified with the customer number (Kundennummer).

You still have access to your account unless you have yourself disabled that.
Also if you cancel your contract you receive a confirmation in written

As you have already entered your customer number in your user profile just wait for someone from Telekom-hilft-Team who may give you further information.

Your landline got cancelled to 27th of December 2020. The bill you got on 7th of January 2021 is for 1st of December till 27th of December. Everything is correct. There is nothing to worry about.
