I got an internet connection which was tested by the technician yesterday and found to be working. I connected my router (speed port W 504V) and tried going on speedport.ip to configure the connection. After giving my credentials (access number, password, etc) it said that the internet connection check failed. I checked everything several times but it doesn't seem to change anything. Please help.
