Solved

Contract has been change w\o request from my side.

Somewhere in November I called to HotLine as internet did not work. Afterwards I received couple of email from Telekom, that issue was registered in their system, that it will be solved as soon as possible and so on. One of the emails (I've just realised that) was saying:

I simply miss it as I received many of them and did not expect any changes in my contract at all.

Now I can see that my bank account was charged with higher amount of money as it used to be. In chat operator says that I requested TV Plus service by phone, which is lie, I never did that.

I'm very disappointed with Telekom.

How it's possible that such things randomly happening????

How can I cancel it?
